Our diary covers begin their life as offcuts from the making of traditional canvas swags — the tough camping rolls used across the outback. Instead of being discarded, these premium canvas pieces are sewn into sturdy diary covers by a local swag maker using strong cotton stitching. Once the covers are made, Waltja artists hand-decorate each one, bringing culture, colour, and story to every piece. No two are ever the same.
