The Waltja Nintupulka project focuses on capacity building in Aboriginal arts management, addressing the common issue of non-Aboriginal control over Aboriginal arts. This initiative includes a Senior Aboriginal Worker who trains trainees to develop essential skills for future roles as art workers and potential shopfront managers.
